I coached a multidisciplinary team through rapid experimentation sprints: defining hypotheses, designing tests, reviewing evidence and identifying blockers. Across 30 experiments, the team generated 41 learnings and 14 wins, while surfacing 11 recurring blockers. One landing-page test increased CTR from 11.73% to 22.61%. The goal wasn't simply to run more experiments. We tracked experiment velocity, wins and failures, learning, blockers, team confidence and retrospective feedback. The aim was to leave the team with repeatable experimentation capability, not a list of one-off tests.
Context
I coached a multidisciplinary team through rapid experimentation sprints: defining hypotheses, designing tests, reviewing evidence and identifying organisational blockers. Tests included CRM, landing-page A/B, usability and cross-selling experiments. The programme delivered 30 experiments, 41 learnings and 14 wins, and surfaced 11 recurring blockers. One landing-page experiment increased CTR from 11.73% to 22.61%. Experimentation needs time, confidence, leadership support and the ability to remove blockers—not just a framework.
